Cancellation Policy
All appointments will be booked through VAGARO using a credit card in case of no-show or late cancellation. At the time of service, you can present whatever payment method you want. If you are using a VAGARO membership credit, we will zero out the transaction so that no payment is required. Appointment cancellation policy: Please reschedule or cancel at least 23 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment. If you are up to 15 minutes late, your appointment will be shortened in length accordingly. if you are 15 minutes or more late, you will be asked to reschedule.
